- Slow talk

- Their personalities are different, try to learn it.

- Second person
- When we try to communicate or ask them, they may feel uncomfortable, now is the time we need a second person to make them feel comfortable.
- Even when we can't properly talk to that person, is not our leadership problem.
- As long as that person can follow the thing we ask, then it is successful.
- Ignore
- We shouldn't ignore them
- Ignoring is not the solution, some will think like 'Oh ok I don't have any work to do, let's lunch'...
- It just makes them feel more comfortable.
- They are way to ignore like don't give any work to make them realize they are doing nothing, but must be careful with this tactic. Not recommended.

- You can listen to your underlings problem, but for how long?

- Authoritative
- Leaders dictate policies and procedures, decide on the goals that need to be achieved and direct and control all activities without any meaningful participation by subordinates.

- Can be effective in crisis situations, ensures quick decision-making, and maintains high levels of discipline and order.
- Humanistic
- Focuses on the development and well-being of team members, emphasizing their personal and professional growth.

- Tips
- Catch people doing things right and then let them know they do well.
- Use feedback to stay informed about what other people are doing in their area of responsibility and authority
- As a group, call for a meeting to know the progress and what needs to improve.
- Train others to do the job, we know something but we can't do everything, nor can others do them if they have not been trained. Sharing is one thing that we have nothing to lose. Don't keep the knowledge only to yourself, sharing is the key to your growth.
